As chairperson of our FSR Maintenance Committee I am pleased to acknowledge that National has completed the fifth year of our roofing project with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail that we have come to expect as was experienced over the past four years.  
I have been involved with the FSR's roofing project for the past three years, where I have closely interfaced with Mario, and along with Jerry provided oversight as the project progressed. Mario's performance continues to be outstanding, providing excellent leadership to his team who are very diligent in their work while keeping the community neat and safe.  The quality and workmanship of the roofs, stucco replacements, stone replacements and gutters continues to meet our high expectations. In addition, Mario interfaces with residents in a very positive manner and he earns their respect. Overall, as a community we are very pleased.
We thank everyone at National for doing a great job and we look forward to working with National and in particular with Mario next year as we enter our sixth year of our roofing project.

Good afternoon,
I live in Hastings Village in Rutherford, NJ where some of your roofers are working. I don’t know anything about roofing but they seem very organized as well as skilled. Another thing I just wanted to let you know because it adds to their professional image, they have been very courteous, respectful, helpful and understanding when I needed to leave and return to my apartment while they were working. They also do a great job at cleaning up before they leave every day.
