We are excited to introduce you to our new project management system, FieldPulse! This program will allow us to work within one system to receive work orders, schedule inspections/repairs, and provide proposals and invoices in a more timely, organized, and efficient manner. FieldPulse will instantly notify managers and homeowners of an “Appointment Confirmation” and/or “We’re on the Way” if you choose to do so.
Our proposals will look different. They will be emailed with a PDF attachment along with an option to click “Proposal” so managers can review, approve, and sign the proposal which will immediately notify our service department that we can schedule the repair. When provided to us, a management companies own specific work order number(s) will be shown on proposals and invoices as we know this is important to AP departments.

We strongly encourage you to start using the booking portal now which allows for seamless communication between our team and you, making it more efficient to ask questions, send feedback or request updates without any delays.
We will continue to accept work orders that are called in to the office and sent to our service@nationalcontractors.net email address.
Submitting Service Work Orders: What to Expect/Information to Include
Work orders submitted to our service department will be promptly scheduled for inspection. The inspection report(s) are reviewed by our team to provide you with a proposal for repair. It’s important to include the following information so we may contact the homeowner for an inspection as quickly as possible.
